Indulge the smooth creamy and nutty Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Mousse in contrast with the crispy crunch of Hazelnut Praline Feuilletine . A layer of chocolate sponge for some lightness complemented by a sharp bittersweet Dark Chocolate Ganache and a layer of 100% nutty Hazelnut Spread.
Enjoy a dense, nutty Hazelnut Chocolate Ball on the side with creamy, subtle bittersweet Dark Chocolate Chantilly.

Storage and serving
Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Slicing Tip
Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice.
Travel Tip
Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour
For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice pack
