Tropical flavour at its best, a combination of ripe sweet mango and coconut, a perfect tropical getaway.  

 

Mango mousse: Perfectly ripe fresh sweet mangoes pureed and mix with cream 

Coconut mousse: Coconut milk cooked with pandan, slightly salted, and mix with cream

Fresh mangoes: Diced fresh mangoes sourced locally

 

A layer of fragrant mango mousse and layer of coconut mousse filled generously with diced fresh mangoes. A perfect complement of tropical fruits to each other, carried by layers of soft fine chiffon. A distinct decoration highlighting freshly sliced mangoes, coconut mousse, and finished off with a pool stacked with diced fresh mangoes and pandan garnish.

Storage and serving 

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

Do not freeze the cake

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Best consumed within 2 days


Slicing Tip

Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice. 

 

Travel Tip

Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour

For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use a cooler bag with ice packs.
