Onde Onde 

A classic flavour that inspired from one of Malaysian’s favourite kuih, Onde Onde. Pandan chiffon made with naturally extracted fresh Pandan juice and coconut filling. 

 

Coconut Filling: Freshly shredded coconut cooked with flavourful Gula Melaka   

Pandan Chiffon: Made with freshly extracted Pandan juice for that natural gentle Pandan aroma

 

A classic combination of Pandan and Coconut that is loved by all. A soft fine, fragrant Pandan Chiffon, layered with flavourful and decadent coconut filling, thin layer of cream to bring those flavours together. Garnished with pandan, desiccated coconut and toasted desiccated coconut to further enhance that nutty aroma of the coconut. It is a cake that we are very proud of in showcasing the flavour of Malaysia.

Storage and serving 

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

Do not freeze the cake

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Best consumed within 2 days


Slicing Tip

Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice. 

 

Travel Tip

Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour

For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use a cooler bag with ice packs.
