How To Handle Your Cake

Delivery 

Please check the cake condition after receiving the items.

Please report to driver and us immediately at WhatsApp should there be any damage/defect of the item received.

Please handle the cake/cake box with caution and level.

Place the cake/cake box at flat surface (Eg: table/fridge).

Keep the cake into the fridge immediately after receiving it. 

Self-pick up / 3^rd party delivery partner pickup

Please arrange car as your mode of transportation for cake pickup.

Please inform the 3rd party delivery driver to handle the cake with care (Eg: carry the cake box in level / avoid the cake box from hitting other object.) 

Cake box should be placed on flat surface (Eg: Car floor). 

Car AC should be on high for the best transportation for cake.

Avoid aggressive driving such as sharp cornering, sudden accelerating or braking.

Reduce speed when crossing road bump.

For 3^rd party delivery partner pick up, it is recommended for the buyer to request the driver to take a picture of the cake before and after delivery of the item as proof of delivery.

Consumption and storage

Cake received from delivery is recommended to be kept in the fridge for 1 hour for optimal consumption.

Cake box or cake should be handled with care and to be placed on flat surface (Eg: table or fridge)

Cake should be kept chilled not frozen

Cake is recommended to be consumed immediately after being taken out from the fridge for best tasting experience

Cake should be able to maintain its condition at room temperature for 30 mins depending on the types of cake.

Cake should not be left at room temperature for more than 30 mins.

Unconsumed cake can be put back into its cake box and to be kept in fridge for later consumption.

Cake is recommended to be consumed within 2 days after receiving it.
