Storage and serving
Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Slicing Tip
Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice.
Travel Tip
Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour
For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice pack.
